Wheat

Wheat is the baseline cereal: classic upright stalks of warm golden straw, topped with the plump, short-bristled heads that a forager cuts and binds into Wheat Sheaf. It grows in wild stands across nearly every isle and asks nothing of a forager but a blade and a little effort.

Everything about a ripe wheat stand says bread. It is the first cereal a forager learns to cut, and the one every kitchen on the isle expects to see come through the door.
